Physics Wala Among 22 Coaching Institutes Sealed

Following the tragic coaching institute incident in Lucknow, the Kanpur Development Authority (KDA) launched a special drive in the Kakadeo area. During the operation on Monday, 22 coaching institutes, including popular ones like Physics Wala, Workspace, Mahendraj, and Chemistry Wale Sanjeev Rathore, were sealed.

KDA officials inspected various zones and found violations of building and safety regulations. The institutes were vacated before being sealed.

Officials said the drive will continue, and more institutes will face action if found non-compliant. Local residents have criticised the administration for acting only after major incidents instead of conducting regular checks.
