Salutes His Retired Father Immediately After Becoming Army Chief

In a heartwarming moment that has gone viral, the newly appointed 31st Chief of Army Staff, General Dheeraj Seth, saluted his retired father immediately after assuming office.

General Dheeraj Seth belongs to a family with three generations of military service. His father Lt Gen KM Seth and younger brother Rear Admiral Ravneesh Seth have also served the nation in uniform.

After receiving the Guard of Honour, General Seth and his brother paid respects to their father. He vowed to uphold the principles of duty, honour and nation first.
