Multiple media reports claim that Apple will launch its first foldable iPhone this year. Generating immense curiosity, a video surfaced on the X platform (formerly Twitter) via the account 'Apple Hub' showcasing a dummy unit of the device, reportedly named 'iPhone Ultra'. The leaked video shows a white color variant with a dual rear camera setup on the back panel, along with a speaker grill and a Type-C USB port at the bottom. When unfolded, the handset opens similarly to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold and reveals a selfie camera on the top-left side of the inner screen. While competitors like Samsung entered the foldable market in 2018—followed by Google, Vivo, OnePlus, and Xiaomi—Apple fans have had a long wait. Foldable phones typically retail around Rs 1.50 lakh, and estimates suggest that the premium iPhone Ultra Fold could launch in the price bracket of Rs 1.50 lakh to Rs 2 lakh.
